Role Summary/Purpose


The Client Solutions Manager will strategically grow and manage a portfolio of Solutions utilizing superior consultative selling skills. You will partner with healthcare providers to build organizational capabilities, achieve and sustain optimal performance. You will also partner with and utilize other internal resources to ensure client success. Our portfolio is a comprehensive, uniquely positioned value proposition for customers in the healthcare market.


 


Essential Responsibilities


* Cultivate and leverage customer relationships with Healthcare Executives; demonstrate "Executive Presence" with solid business acumen
* Analyze and identify customer challenges, frame strategic imperatives and goals, position solutions that align with customer objectives and elevate customer performance
* Drive Service Model Optimization and Hospital Outsourcing
* Execute and deliver Entry Offers and other solution offerings based on individual customer need. Prospect for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining our existing customer portfolio
* Collaborate with and leverage Subject Matter Experts and other resources within the GE Healthcare sales channels to grow accounts and improve relationships
* Collaborate with Service Sales Specialist to ensure broad account coverage
* Annual achievement of sales targets
* Drive account growth with strategic upselling, based on customer need, customize entry offerings and solutions that specifically meets the needs of the problems/issues as represented by the customer
* Possess strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
* Possess an ability to "sense and respond" to customer issues, position ideas and stimulate demand for GE services
* Manage Service operating plan objectives for all Service activity in key named accounts, including: Point of Sale (POS), Renewal, Warranty Conversion, Multi Vendor Expansion and GE Winbacks


 


Qualifications/Requirements


* This position is open to external and internal candidates
* Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation
* Ability to successfully build rapport at the Executive level
* Must possess (and demonstrate) strategic consultative selling skills by completing responding to Case Study and executive role play.
* Healthcare industry experience (consulting/sales/provider or related experience) with knowledge of "Future State."
* To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record
* You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
* Willingness to travel 80% within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays
* Demonstrated ability to work independently
* Willingness to take a drug test
* Willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work. Desired Characteristics


* Candidate ideally located in Austin or San Antonio, Texas
* MBA or Master’s in Healthcare with 3+ years work experience in a Healthcare consulting firm
* Solid understanding of market dynamics and healthcare trends
* Previous experience within GE Healthcare
* Recent intangible sales experience in the healthcare industry
* Experience with Service Chain Management
* Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
* Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
* Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales offers.
