Key Role:
Serve as part of a broad client delivery team supporting the transformation of an Air Force client. Perform as a project and program integrator of work streams across a broad delivery team. Act as a project manager and build, plan, execute, and track projects against project work plan milestones or the project schedule. Break down large projects or tasks and provide clients with options to improve the approach or execution of the mission. Perform data management for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information. Provide meeting coordination and facilitation for the staff and clients. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -8+ years of experience with government consulting -Experience with creating project schedules or work plan management -Experience with working on transformation projects -Experience with planning meetings for clients -Experience with Microsoft Project development or maintenance -Experience with working in cross functional teams -Experience with managing a staff -Ability to obtain a security clearance   Additional Qualifications: -Experience in working with the Air Force or DoD -Experience in working with performance metrics -Experience in interfacing with clients and client service -Ability to work well in a team environment -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -MA or MS degree preferred -PMP Certification preferred   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.    Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
