The successful candidate will have relevant experience relating to Talent Acquisition, with particular experience in the design, execution and management of a Talent Acquisition (sourcing strategy and resource planning) and/or Recruiting operation, with a proven track record, at an international level.  This person will be a business-focused leader who brings a bias for action, attention to detail, self-motivation and has over 10 years of business experience, specifically focused on leading and changing a global recruiting or talent acquisition organization.  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal are required, as well as demonstrated leadership skills will be key to supporting teams, change management and driving execution of plans across the enterprise; must be a change agent who will play a key role in the transformation of the global business.  The candidate must be familiar with global matrix management in a multi-national environment and is willing and able to undertake extensive travel and a demanding work schedule.


 


Experience / Qualifications:


 



  • 10+ years related functional experience at an international level.

  • Understands current project management best practice; managed project on global scale.

  • Success with building, developing and leading high impact global teams – direct and remote.

  • Track record implementing plans within agreed parameters, timelines and budgets.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrix global business.

  • Proven track record leading significant global initiatives and change.


 


 


Education:


 



  • MBA preferred with studies in International Business or equivalent experience.

  • B.A. Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / Organization Development.
